TERMS: In the interest of development and a policy of continued improvement we reserve the right to change the prices and specifications without notice. Any item received damaged or any shortages must be reported to us within 24 hours (Mon - Fri) of receipt. Prior notice of any returns must be given within 7 days or additional handling charges of up to 25% may be imposed for goods returned. Any item can only be exchanged, credited or refunded within 28 days of purchase subject to it being unused and returned unmarked in its original packing. All postal charges are non refundable.  No liability whatsoever can be accepted as a consequence of loss incurred due to late delivery, installation or usage.

SIZES & PATTERNS Patterns and sizes are approximate but we reserve the right to change the specifications without notice. Fixing bolts and screws are supplied on most items including spindle bars for knobs and handles where appropriate.
TITLE: The title to any Goods supplied shall not pass to the Purchaser until payment has been received by us in full.
